- Weekly garbage and recycling pick-up included in your quarterly assessment -- contracting on your own for this service could run $40 to $50 monthly.
- If you have children, the experience of being part of the SVH swim team
- Resident events during the year -- including 4th of July, Christmas, wine tasting and much more
- A great neighborhood and great neighbors
